- Cut the top and tail off the capsicum.
- Make one slice down the capsicum top to bottom.
- Remove the sediment in the middle with a knife while rolling the capsicum.
- Remove the centre and put it in your compost bin.
- Cut off the usable parts from the top and tail.
- Slice longways.
