Chef Jodie takes you through a couple of techniques of separating egg yolks from egg whites.
1. Crack your egg over the bowl and lift off the top half, allowing some of the egg white to fall into the bowl
2. Push the egg back and forth between each half of the shell, over the top of the bowl.
You may also want to try doing it by using your hand as a strainer, this method is a little bit trickier but saves time if you get it right!
