Chef Jodie talks you through how to poach chicken breast for a super healthy way to eat chicken that goes great with salads and asian dishes.

  1. Boil water 
  2. Add salt to water
  3. Add chicken breast with a pair of tongs
  4. Wait for it to come back to boil and then reduce to simmer
  5. Cook for 6 – 8 minutes
  6. Use tongs to remove chicken breast and slice
