Chef Jodie shows you her game-changing method of chopping a capsicum! This method reduces mess so no seeds go all over your board, and gets the most out of your capsicum.

  1. Cut the top and tail off the capsicum.
  2. Make one slice down the capsicum top to bottom.
  3. Remove the sediment in the middle with a knife while rolling the capsicum.
  4. Remove the centre and put it in your compost bin.
  5. Cut off the usable parts from the top and tail.
  6. Slice longways.
  7. Dice.
