VIVE Cooking Tips: How To Scoop A Mango

  1. Look for the ridge in the mango.
  2. Cut either side of the ridge, as close to the seed as possible.
  3. Use a big kitchen spoon, dig in the edge and run it along the side for a nice clean cheek. Slice as desired.
  4. Alternatively, dice it up inside of the skin (be careful not to cut your hand).
