Chef Jodie talks you through how to poach chicken breast for a super healthy way to eat chicken that goes great with salads and Asian dishes.
- Boil water.
- Add salt to water.
- Add chicken breast with a pair of tongs.
- Wait for it to come back to boil and then reduce to simmer.
- Cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
- Use tongs to remove chicken breast and slice.
